Job Description

The Role

Account management, installation and servicing of projects in cold storage, dairy & food processing, logistics & warehousing, retail & supermarket, architecture & trades and more.

Duties include:

  • Account management and service sales
  • Installation and servicing of all Ulti products
  • Managing costs to deliver jobs profitably through service excellence
  • Arranging call outs
  • Coordinating contractors 
  • Customer interaction
  • Admin and time management

This isn’t just a breakdown and service role — you’ll be trusted as the face of Ulti for our customers in the area, solving problems, growing relationships, and uncovering new opportunities.

You’ll be working solo to start with, but not for long. As the customer base grows, so will the team — this role is the first step on a pathway to building and leading a local service presence in the region. Desired Skills and Experience

About You

  • You will be proactive, always looking for and acting on opportunities
  • You will have fitter/welder/builder experience and/or a mechanical/engineering background
  • Fault finding ability - root cause identification 
  • Basic electrical understanding would be an advantage
  • Strong communicator internally and externally to represent the brand well
  • You will be a natural leader
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem Solver
  • Confident using IT systems
  • Past sales or account management experience would be an advantage 
  • Past electrical experience would be an advantage
  • Able to build relationships and have the ability to lead a team
  • Career-minded with a desire to grow
  • Positive attitude with a desire to succeed
  • Construction industry knowledge would also be an advantage
