Job Description
The Sales Consultant at Ulti Group plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth through strategic business development and client management. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at maximizing sales opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential clients, their needs, and pain points.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborating with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability targets.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company's CRM system or other designated tools.

Prior experience in B2B sales roles

Experience in creating and delivering effective sales presentations and proposals
Familiarity with market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends
Minimum of 2 years working as a Sales Consultant or similar role within a corporate environment.
Must be able to travel and stay away around NZ
Past experience in Food Industry or related Logistics would be beneficial
